This article explains how to restart service for your device(s) if you have canceled your cellular service.
What to know before you reactivate
- We allow re-activation of any subscription to the Service, provided that you do not have any outstanding payments with us and you pay our re-activation fee. By re-activating any device subscription you agree to be charged for upcoming month of service on the first (1st) of that month, regardless if you deactivate (or cancel) your subscription before the first (1st) of that month.
- If your subscription to the Service is cancelled due to lack of payment, you must pay both the outstanding amount and our re-activation fee in order for us to re-activate your subscription to the Service. You may pay your outstanding amount for the Service by changing or updating your payment information associated with your All Aware account. You can do so by logging into your All Aware account and editing your payment information.

1. How to Reactivate a Device and Restart Cellular Service
- Go to allaware.com/account and log in.
- Click the "Devices" tab.
- Scroll down to the deactivated device you would like to reactivate and click the "gear icon" next to the device.
- Click the "Reactivate" button.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to reactivate your device.
- Please repeat these steps for any additional device(s) you would like to add to the app.
After you reactivate your device, you will need to add it back to your All Aware app and set up notifications.
2. How to Add a Reactivated Device to the Mobile App
- Tap the More icon at the bottom of the screen
- Tap +Add Device
- Tap Flex Sensor
- Tap Next
- Tap Get Started
- Enter the serial number of your device. This number can be found on the interior of the battery compartment.
- Follow the on-screen steps to set up your device.
