What are Push Notifications?
Push notifications are notifications that appear directly on your mobile device. These notifications are only displayed until you dismiss them, which allows you to manage alerts right from your phone without receiving SMS texts or emails. Push notifications can only be sent to users with an active All Aware account and the All Aware app downloaded on the device they wish to receive push notifications.
To add additional users to your app, so they can also receive push notifications, see How to Add Users to the All Aware App. Once a user is added, their push device can be added to notifications.
